Pantry Distribution Policies & Procedures

• Due to safety concerns, only one person per family may gather food through the line, and must either be 18+ years of age or an underage Head of Household.

• Guests who have received authorization from the Food Bank for Larimer County to collect for another family, should tell the site coordinator, then return to the back of the line. Guests must provide all needed information and be an approved shopper to receive food for someone else.

• Food is distributed on a first come first serve basis. Upon arrival, guests should sign in and receive a number. Guests are asked to wait until their number is called to proceed through the distribution line.

• This food is for distribution to individuals and families for their immediate consumption. No organizations may utilize, store, or distribute this food per food safety regulations and donor restrictions. Abuses of this will jeopardize the distribution site.

• Automobile traffic needs to be away from the cones as that is where high pedestrian volume will be located. Please be safety conscientious.

• Please accompany children at all times to ensure their safety.

• Each household is allotted 2 visits per week at one of our locations; this mobile distribution is counted towards one of those visits.

• Please be kind, courteous, and respectful.

• The Holy Vision Temple staff is the final authority in all safety and operational matters. Any exceptions to any of these rules must be approved by HVT staff only.
